Terms and Condition

  • These conditions govern all contracts made by Jadefare Ltd./ Trading as Second Time Round (herein known as The Vendor).
  • All watches come with a full 12-month guarantee*.
    *Please note that some vintage watches are exempt from this
  • If any watch is opened during that period by a third party the guarantee is void unless The Vendor has granted previous permission.
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with the watch you have received you are welcome to return it to us straight away for a full refund. The evaluatory period for the returning of goods to the vendor is seven days from receipt of the said article (This only applies if the watch is returned in exactly the same merchantable condition as it was supplied). New watches will only be accepted for return if they are not as specified or they are faulty in some way. Please remember that the cost of the return postage is not the responsibility of the vendor. All are watches are insured during transit when they are sent to you. It remains your responsibility to arrange suitable cover under your own insurance for the said item if returning it at all times.
  • All watches remain the property of Jadefare Ltd. until paid for in full. All orders are accepted on the basis that the payment is made in full prior to delivery.
  • The Vendor reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and at any time withdraw any of the items without prior notice having been given to the customer.
  • All discounts quoted are from the original retail price of the article and do not apply to second hand goods.
  • English Law shall govern any disputes arising out of the sale of any items referred to in the catalogue of The Vendor.
  • All watches shown on this site are subject to availability.
  • Our mission statement is "customer satisfaction" and we pride our company on having a wealth of happy customers and repeat business. These conditions are included to comply with the terms of our insurance policy and will only be used as a last resort. In 15 years of business they have not been needed and hopefully they never will.
